Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable law. After that window closes, personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our data schedule.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses functional and analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account. Disabling non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to log in or place wagers.

Account Security

These terms apply to every person who opens and uses a leonbet account. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read these terms and that access is permitted under your local law in India.

We will not make material changes without notice. We send an email to your registered address at least seven days before any significant amendment takes effect, giving you time to review or close your account.

If you do not accept a revised version of these terms before the effective date, you should close your account. Continuing to log in or transact after that date is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

The wallet rules cover all deposit and withdrawal methods available in your account, including UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe. Transaction timing and limits for each method are detailed in Section 4 of the full terms document.

Log in to your account and submit a correction request through the compliance portal, or email the compliance desk directly. We process correction requests within five business days and confirm the update by email.

Disputes are governed by the law of the jurisdiction noted in your account registration details. Where Indian local law applies, that takes precedence and your rights are assessed in line with applicable local regulations.
